I've heard a lot of good a...I'm glad you like them. I've heard a lot of good about them and plan on downloading their album from emusic.com sometime soon. If haven't checked out Budowitz (http://www.budowitz.com/) and the Muzsikas' "Maramaros" album, I'd bet you'd like them as well. All three groups are wonderful examples of what sometimes gets refered to as "museum klezmer" since they attempt to play music as it would have been played in a particular time and place. I'm not sure I accept that this makes them more "authentic" than a contemporary group that playing in a klezmer revival style. For me authenticity is playing unselfconciously from inside a tradition and both approaches would qualify.
