Boston gets a Jewish Music Festival (finally)

Boston Jewish Music FestBoston, my old stomping ground, is finally getting a Jewish Music Festival. According to the website, it will take place the week of March 6th, and consist of separate venues and concerts all around the town. They've got quite a line up planned....
By the way, they've got as interesting a boards of directors & advisers as they do performers.

Board of Directors
Board of Advisors
Whew. That's quite a whos-who list. There's hardly a person on there that I wouldn't love to meet and talk shop with.

Sounds very exciting! I have one small correction to make. "Zamir Chorale" is a NY-based choir, led by Matthew "Mati" Lazar. The group appearing in this festival is the "ZAmir Chorale of Boston," led by Joshua Jacobson.

Steve...Thanks for the catch. I've made the update you suggested. The funny thing is that I copied the info directly from the Boston Jewish Music Festival website. They goofed as well. I'll drop them a line and let them know.
